While your account is frozen, you can still view all your items, copy your passwords, and even copy items to vaults outside your account. But you won’t be able to:
- Add new items to vaults
- Edit items
- Invite people to your family or team
- Fill items in your browser

Reactivate your subscription at any time to unfreeze your account and restore all functionality:
If you started your subscription on 1Password.com
- Sign in to your account on 1Password.com.
- Click Billing in the sidebar.
- Click Subscribe.
If you started your subscription using an in-app purchase
- On a Mac, iPhone, or iPad, manage your subscription with Apple.
- On an Android device, manage your subscription with Google.
If you belong to a family or team account, contact your family organizer or team owner, and ask them to reactivate your subscription.

To sign in to your 1Password account on the web or in the apps, you need a 1Password membership. Sign in at https://start.1password.com/.
If you’re having trouble signing in
Make sure all your details are correct. If you’re not sure, you can find them in your Emergency Kit:
- Email address. If you have multiple 1Password accounts and email addresses, make sure you’re using the email address you used to sign up for this account.
- Secret Key. If you have multiple 1Password accounts, make sure you’re using the right Secret Key for this account. Can’t find your Secret Key?
- Master Password. If you have multiple 1Password accounts or vaults, make sure you’re using the right password for this account. It may not be the same password you use to unlock 1Password on your computers or mobile devices. Can’t remember your Master Password?
If you created your account on 1Password.ca or 1Password.eu, make sure you’ve selected the correct region.

- Click “Find my account”.
- Enter the email address associated with your team account.
