Star Wars actor Mark Hamill has denounced Donald Trump in an ad for Joe Biden, referring to Trump as âeasily the worst president everâ.
The clip, shared on Wednesday by Bidenâs campaign, features Hamill watching and reacting to some of Trumpâs past media appearances.
Mark Hamill is best known for his role as Luke Skywalker and is arguably the most popular character from the entire Star Wars saga. But in a new interview with the New York Times Hamill reveals that while he tried not to debate with the filmmakers over the franchise's bigger decisions, he didn't hesitate to argue about the portrayal of the self-exiled Jedi Master as seen in Star Wars: The Last.
âI donât know about you, but after four years of this administration, Iâm exhausted,â the actor says in the beginning. âIâm getting ready to watch some videos of him, and if ever the Force would be with me I need it right now.â
Hamill is then seen watching a clip of Trump refusing to commit to a peaceful transition of power should he lose the 2020 presidential race.
âThis is so frightening, because he said âThe only way I can lose is if itâs a rigged election,'â Hamill says, paraphrasing Trump. âSo heâs setting up the idea that unless he wins, itâs fraud. Thatâs truly dangerous.â
After a couple more clips play, Hamill says of Trump: âThis guy couldnât be president of the PTA [parent-teacher association]. He is easily the worst president ever.â Prolific mobile phones & portable devices driver download for windows. No enclosure driver download.
