Todoist has revamped its Windows 10 app to bring the service in line with other platforms and kicking into touch the old legacy system that dates back to Windows 7. The company writes: “In December 2020, we introduced a new and improved Todoist for Windows 10 as a way to provide you with a better user experience. Launch Todoist right from your Dock/Taskbar. Get a clear, big-picture overview of your tasks and projects. Keep it open on your desktop for easy reference throughout the day. For a long time now. I lost the ability to see the number of tasks on the todoist icon in the taskbar (windows 10). They show up in the start menu icon, but not in the taskbar anymore. (yes it's enabled in todoist general options) Not my computer problem, or even windows as i have done several windows.

Todoist for Windows 10 is definitely one of the best to-do list apps with features such as Live Tile and Notification support. The app also offers native localization for 20 different languages and offers 11 different themes to allow users to personalize the app. Additionally, Todoist is also launching the app for Windows 10 with native settings — meaning that users can change their Todoist account’s settings right from the app, without having to open the Todoist Web app.
